If one of our tools breaks for any reason, any time, for any one - we will replace it. Doesn't matter if you are the original owner, how long ago you bought it, or where you reside. One of the many benefits of the modular design is there is no need to send your tool in for broken components. Just pay shipping and we will send a replacement piece directly to you - this saves weeks of back and forth shipping/processing times.
